Steps to become a member of Murrieta United Methodist Church

There are three steps that you need to take toward membership in our church:
  1. The first step toward membership at Murrieta United Methodist Church is attending one of our New Member Classes. At this event, Sr. Pastor J. T. Greenleaf will talk about the history and beliefs of the United Methodist Church as well as talk a little about the 120 year history of the Murrieta United Methodist Church.   2. Secondly, take the Discovery Workshop which is a way to understand your passions, spiritual gifts and your style. That will help you understand the way God made you and what how you can make a Kingdom difference. More information on the Workshop is found here and the schedule is shown here.
  3. The third step is to be officially brought into membership with the church in a ceremony during worship services. That is followed by a welcoming meal put on with typical Methodist flair (we like to eat).
