STAFF APPRECIATION SUNDAY OCTOBER 25TH
This Sunday we will celebrate our staff both in service with a blessing and afterwards with cake. You are invited to show your appreciation by joining us for cake and perhaps dropping them a note of thanks. Staff members are:

HARVEST FESTIVAL OCTOBER 25TH 3:30-7:30 PM
There will be a bounce house, cake walk, games, and Trunk or Treat! We need adult volunteers to help with the festival, bake cakes for the cake walk, and donate candy. To register or volunteer to help. please scan the QR code or click on the link below to sign-up.
SNACK COLLECTION FOR TEACHERS
This will be the last Sunday we will be collecting sweet and salty snacks for the teachers and staff at Murrieta Elementary School next door. We are also collecting Post It notes, a teacher’s best friend! You will find a box for sweet or salty snacks and Post It notes in the narthex. PET SUPPLIES DONATION DAY NOVEMBER 1ST
Our next pet food donation day will be Sunday, November 1st. It's the day after Halloween so let's give special treats to those dogs and cats waiting for their forever homes! Your generous donations of dog and cat food (dry and canned), cat litter (clumping only), toys, and treats have made such a difference and are gratefully welcomed. Please keep in mind that towels and blankets are always needed, and even newspapers. Thank you for sharing your heart for these beautiful pets! The Celebration of Life for Darcy Sorensen is scheduled for Saturday, November 14th, at 10:00 AM in the Sanctuary. Reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall. The family would like everyone to wear bright colors in memory of Darcy's bright spirit.
UNITED METHODIST MEN BLANKETS & SLEEPING BAGS FOR FOOD PANTRY
We are collecting blankets & sleeping bags (Clean or New) to be handed out to our Food Pantry patrons on Friday, December 4th. Our goal is to collect and hand out 175 full size and children’s blankets, throws, or sleeping bags. You can drop off the blankets in the church entryway in the bags & boxes labeled "Blanket Drive”.

Caring Ministry is here to support the church body by providing meals, calls, cards and visitations. Recently caring ministry team members have started to wear caring ministry ribbons so that if you or someone you know have a need, you will know who to contact.
