Do you have HR skills? Love encouraging people? This is the team for you! Monitors and ensures the effective job performance of all salaried staff and acts as the interface between the congregation and staff. Recommends to the Administrative Council/Leadership Team for approval all staff positions needed to carry out the work of the church. Prepares personnel job descriptions, advertises, interviews, and hires people to fill the positions with approval of the Administrative Council.

 

In addition to the Pastor and Lay Leader, the committee consists of five to nine full members, elected in three classes for three years only. No family members of or church staff may serve. SPRC meets as needed.
